Pitch

The pitch will be 18 metres in length with an additional line at halfway (9 metres) for wheelchair players to complete a 'run'.
All the bowling will be from one end. The batsman will change ends at the end of each over and at the fall of each wicket. The area behind the wicketkeeper is the spectator area.

Group Games

Each team shall comprise of a maximum of 8 players
Each innings will consist of a maximum of 16 overs
The batting side shall divide into 4 pairs. Each pair shall bat for four overs. Pairs shall change at the end of the 4th, 8th and 12th over.
No bowler can bowl more than 3 overs.

Scoring

For group games and the Final

1. Each team shall start each match with 200 runs.
2. Batsman shall have unlimited 'lives' but each dismissal results in 5 runs being deducted from the total. Batsman shall change ends at the fall of each wicket.
3. Six runs is scored when the ball hits the back wall behind the bowler without touching the floor, any other wall or ceiling
4. Four runs are scored when the ball hits the back wall behind the bowler , along the ground, without touching any other wall or ceiling.
5. One run is scored when the ball hits side walls and boundary behind the wicketkeeper (without the batsman running).
6. Two runs when the ball does not hit the wall or boundary behind the wicketkeeper but the batsman completes a run (18 metres for 'able bodied' and 9 metres for wheelchairs and less mobile players). The players to run 9 metres must be agreed by the umpires and captains before the start of play.
7. Three runs are scored if the ball hits the side wall and the batsman run as described in points 5 and 6 above.
8. An overthrow that hits any wall or the boundary behind the wicketkeeper will count as one run.
9. A bye and leg bye shall count as one run if the ball hits a wall or boundary behind the wicketkeeper.
10. Two byes or leg byes shall count as two runs if the ball hits a wall or boundary behind the wicketkeeper.
11. Two runs shall be added to the batting total for each wide or no ball. If the batsman hits a no ball or runs a wide the number of runs specified in points 3,4,5,6 and 7 shall be added to the score but not the penalty two runs in addition.
12. No runs shall be scored if a batsman is caught off the side walls. Batsman cannot be caught off the back wall behind the bowler.
13. If the ball hits the ceiling it will be called a dead ball and therefore no run(s) can be scored and the batsmen cannot be out. An extra ball will be bowled for each dead ball in the over.
Substitutes can be allowed at the discretion of both captains and umpires.
